Welcome to Wellness Mattress. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, ordering process, payment, delivery, and after-sales service. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We provide made-to-order and ready-stock products, including:
•    Mattresses (warranty varies from 2 to 10 years depending on product)
•    Sofas, Recliners, Chairs, Custom Furniture, Curtains, Pillows
•    No installation or assembly is required for our products.
•    Maintenance & care guidelines are provided with each product.

•    Orders can be placed online, via phone (for bulk orders only), or in-store.
•    Bulk & B2B orders require advance payment to confirm the deal.
•    Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking.
•    Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available for low-value products. Expensive products require full prepayment.
•    EMI options may be available based on provider eligibility.
•    No cancellation after order confirmation.

 •    Mumbai & Navi Mumbai deliveries are handled by our in-house logistics.
•    Other locations within India are served by third-party couriers.
•    Estimated delivery: 5-10 days, depending on product size & location.
•    Shipping charges apply, calculated based on the delivery state.
•    Scheduled delivery is possible upon direct confirmation with our team.
•    Delays due to third-party couriers, natural disasters, or force majeure events are not our liability. However, we ensure timely dispatch from our end.

 •    Customers must inspect products upon delivery and maintain video proof of the received product for damage claims.
•    If damage occurs during shipping, we will provide a replacement only upon valid proof.
•    Slight color variations between images and actual products are expected and do not qualify for returns.

•    We do not accept cancellations after order confirmation.
•    No returns. Only replacements are provided in case of genuine damages.
•    Conditions for replacement:
•    Proof of purchase is required.
•    The product must be inspected and verified by our team.
•    Return shipping for damaged products is covered by us.
•    Some products may be non-returnable as mentioned in their description.
•    Refunds are not provided. In rare cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

 •    Warranty varies by product and is mentioned in the product description.
•    Warranty claims require proof of purchase and inspection.
•    Post-warranty repair services are available but chargeable, depending on the repair intensity.
•    No Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is offered.

•    Our business operates under the laws of Maharashtra, India.
•    Customer disputes are handled based on the situation, with preference for mutual resolution.
•    Any unresolved disputes will be governed by the CBD Belapur Court, Maharashtra.

•    We have integrated Razorpay Payment Gateway for seamless transactions.
•    We comply with refund & chargeback policies.
•    Transaction records are maintained as per compliance requirements.
•    Fraud prevention measures are in place to detect unauthorized transactions.
•    In case of a failed transaction, customers must report within 24 hours for resolution.

•    Customer data is protected and not shared with third parties, except for legal compliance or order fulfillment.
•    Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact & delivery details.
•    We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of recipients.

•    We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, political unrest, transportation strikes, or unforeseen external factors.
•    If a force majeure event occurs before shipping, we will ensure a        refund or alternative solution.
•    Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
